The User also hereby authorises the Company to engage any subcontractor to carry out specific processing tasks for the purpose of fulfilling this Privacy Policy, to the extent that such subcontractor complies with all the obligations set out in this Privacy Policy insofar as the same are applicable to the processing of the User personal data carried out by such subcontractor as if it were a party to this policy.
