Subcontractors

The User also hereby authorises the Company to engage any subcontractor to carry out specific processing tasks for the purpose of fulfilling this Privacy Policy, to the extent that such subcontractor complies with all the obligations set out in this Privacy Policy insofar as the same are applicable to the processing of the User personal data carried out by such subcontractor as if it were a party to this policy. Any processor shall provide sufficient guarantees and shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing complies with the requirements of EU Data Protection Legislation.

In cases where the processor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations, the Company shall remain liable to the User for the fulfilment of such processor’s obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, the User fully and explicitly accepts (i) the use of subcontractors with whom Company has contracts in force, and (ii) the use of any of the Group Company as subcontractors.
